Associate Attorney

Attorney Todd Abbott joined Wicktora & Miller as an Associate Attorney in May of 2025. Todd graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science before attending law school at Ohio Northern University’s Pettit College of Law. After graduating in 2008, Todd joined a private practice in Fairfield, Ohio where he worked until relocating to Southeast Ohio in early 2014.

While in Southeast Ohio, he worked for a small general practice firm that focused heavily on oil and gas law, real estate, family law, estate planning, and probate matters. During his career Todd has also served as an Assistant Prosecutor and Assistant Law Director for the City of Fairfield and as an Assistant Prosecutor for Monroe County, Ohio.

After spending eight years in Southeast Ohio, Todd decided to return to the Cincinnati area in 2022 to serve the communities where he grew up and spent the early part of his career. He has spent the past three years at a small firm located in Milford.

Todd’s main areas of practice include Family Law, Estate Planning, and Probate Matters. In addition, Todd has experience in real estate matters, general civil litigation, and criminal law.

Todd, his wife, Julie, and their three children reside in Hamilton, Ohio.
